The BK Cutting System incorporates several features that improve efficiency and accuracy. It uses a high-precision CCD camera to register cutting operations, eliminating problems associated with manual positioning and print deformation. The system also features a fully automatic feeding system that further improves production efficiency. With the Continuous Cutting System, materials can be fed, cut, and collected automatically, maximising productivity. Additionally, the vacuum pump is enclosed in a box constructed with silencer materials, which reduces sound levels by 70%, creating a more comfortable working environment.
